$135 per 50 minute individual or conjoint (marital/family) therapy session
$200 per 80 minute individual or conjoint session
$65 per person, per 80 minute group therapy session.

Missed Appointment Fee for No Shows or Late Cancellations (cancellations made in less than 24 hours from scheduled appointment time) are charged the full session fee.
Telephone Consultations/Phone sessions and emergency contacts over 10 minutes are billed in 20 minute intervals at $45 per every 20 minutes.
Letters are billed at an hourly rate of $135 and include chart review and letter writing. You must provide written authorization to release information if you request a letter.
Fees are payable at the time that services are rendered. As part of my policies I keep a credit card on file in my secure online system for all clients. This credit card will be charged the day of your appointment for our agreed upon session fee unless a 24 hour cancellation is provided or if we have other payment options arranged.
Fees are reviewed annually. If my fees change at any point in the future, I will provide 60 days’ notice of any changes.
I am an In-Network Provider for California Health & Wellness & Anthem Blue Cross Medi-Cal.
I am an out-of-network provider for all other insurances. If you have mental health insurance benefits you may be eligible to submit a claim for reimbursement of out-of-network services.
I suggest you contact your insurance company, either online or via the member services number located on the back of your insurance card, to ask questions about out of network coverage as they pertain to your plan so that you can make an informed decision before beginning therapy.

Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
Is any pre-approval required before obtaining out-of-network mental health services in order to be reimbursed?
If I have out-of-network benefits, will I be reimbursed the full amount I paid or a portion?

PPOs & Out-of-Network Billing
Should you opt to use your PPO or Out-of-Network insurance benefits you pay me in full at time of service. and upon your request I will provide you with a special statement —referred to as a superbill or CMS-1500 form— for you to submit for reimbursement to your insurance provider. I make no guarantees about the level of reimbursement you will receive from your insurance company.
Your investment in therapy is something that is highly personal. My clients want the best, and are willing to invest in their mental and emotional well-being just as they would invest in their futures in other ways.
I accept cash, check and all major credit cards as forms of payment.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you will be charged for the full rate of the session.
