There's no shame in therapy! In fact, God calls on us to seek counsel. Let's face it, being a woman and parent in today's culture is one of the hardest, most rewarding and most important endeavors we can embark upon. It calls on us to be wise in the caring of ourselves so that we can effectively care for the things closest to our hearts, our children and families. And sometimes, we just need a bit of help, another perspective and someone shoring us up to help us get on the right track. We all fall off track from time to time. Often, we can get back on our own, but for those times we can't seem to do it on our own, therapy can be invaluable.

I'm here for you. I work with moms and/or their families to lead emotionally healthy lives that support thriving relationships, children and families. I am Sabrina Speroni, a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with 10+ years of professional experience with training in several evidence-based therapeutic approaches for Depression, Anxiety, Trauma, Family Systems, and Perinatal Mood & Anxiety Disorders.

I'm a mom too, and in therapy, you can expect me to be real, honest, supportive and gentle...because the world is harsh enough and you don't need another person to feel judged by! Also paramount to our work together is that I provide a safe and confidential place to work through difficult thoughts, attitudes and behaviors, with compassion, understanding, and encouragement.

You may choose to work on one issue that's confronting you at this time, or you may choose to work on several issues.
